  • 2023: Successfully led the launch of Fenty Beauty, Skin and Fragrance into the Angolan market.
  • 2022: Orchestrated the biggest synchronized beauty launch in Africa by leading the market entry of Fenty Beauty and Fenty Skin across 8 African countries simultaneously, and subsequently ensured top 3 brand rankings (LOL) across all 8 markets in year 1 of launch.
  • 2021: Created two new television commercials and two new radio commercials for the Sugar Confectionary category at Tiger Brands. Negotiated licensing and branding merchandise contract/ fee with a large Customer channel. Managed licensed movie franchise partnership with a leading Sugar confectionary brand.
  • 2020: Relaunched Beacon Jelly Tots (new packaging and formulation design and development, communication strategy, point of sale, digital & social media strategies and campaigns)
  • 2017: Developed 6 new Estee Lauder foundation shades, in collaboration with Global product development, for the South African and Sub-Saharan African Consumer which grew the foundation category by 7% and resulted in the recruitment of new consumers. Maintained no. 1 positioning on foundation rankings in South Africa, achieving double digit growths YoY.
  • 2016: Grew the Estee Lauder Lip category by 36% through the innovative execution of key launches and strategic management of the Lip portfolio.
